The team that is in place here is phenomenal. Jordan & the crawlspace professionals. Great initial experience, very informative, enlightening, energetic, and lighthearted. Due to this great initial meeting, the contract was signed. After the work was completed, I suspected there were some issues. Those suspected issues turned out to be NOT. Jordan had a crew to come back out and to walk me through those issues that were NOT. *Issues that were NOT * 1) no need for the pink colored insulation, vapor walls and thick plastic wrap covering everything. 2) preferably electrical outlet would be close to the dehumidifier without use of an extension cord. 3) I expected that a black in color substance on pink insulation at vent was mold. It was NOT, it was covering that had came off. The three items mentioned above were of my concern! Those answers I think could’ve been addressed via the telephone. Jordan had the professionals to come out to my house and walk me through the process with explanation. That is why Jordan and The Crawlspace Professionals as I called them received a 6+.
