  • Inspections generally take 45-60 minutes. The following consultation length is up to you. Your friendly consultant will be genuine and respectful of your time.
  • If a repair is needed, your consultant will discuss various options with you and a written bid will be provided.
  • Please notify us of any pets in the yard. We don’t want them to escape or follow us under the home.
  • Consultants are required to document the exterior and foundation of the home with pictures of relevant damage and a floorplan drawing. We do not need to come into the living areas of the home unless you request a structural evaluation.
