I have musty smell or high humidity inside my home. Can you help?

Do you address rainwater intrusion and flooding, or do you just lay plastic like other companies?
Our professional crawl space encapsulation will include drainage if needed. Your consultant will go over options onsite. In many cases drainage is not needed and that’s money back in your wallet for other projects. If drainage is required, we offer a warranty as well as a variety of backup options.
I have sagging floors, sloping, or termite damage - what can be done?
Foundation repair is our specialty. We will inspect not just the foundation wall, but also the interior framing system. I have mold in my home! Will an encapsulation help?
Head over to our Mold Services page for the long answer, but in short the answer is complex – yes but it may not be the final step. Eliminating mold starts with stopping the sources of moisture. An open-air (not encapsulated) crawl space is certainly a contributing factor, but may not be the last repair needed. Other causes of mold are leaking basements, old windows, leaking roofs, and damaged plumbing. We’ve even seen homes in Georgia collect mold on walls and ceilings from not running the A/C for several weeks.
Do you install sump pumps and drainage systems?
Yes. We install all types of interior and exterior drainage and waterproofing.
How do I know if I need encapsulation or waterproofing?
Waterproofing prevents flooding and rainwater intrusion into the crawl space or basement. Encapsulation is to prevent two sources of moisture: ground dampness and humid exterior air. If flooding is an issue, waterproofing will be required before an encapsulation can be performed. Our expert consultant will provide more details.
