She is the friendly voice of Crawlspaces and More, speaking with every customer—from setting appointments to job scheduling—to ensure a smooth and efficient process. She guides customers through each step in the process, creating a great customer experience by keeping them informed from the initial appointment to final invoicing. With a background in business management and computer information systems, she plays a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Jessica takes pride in working for a family-owned business that prioritizes people over profits. Jessica earned her BBA in Managerial Science with a Minor in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University (2016-2020).
