With over five years at the company, Chandler Love has gained all-around experience in the crawlspace and foundation industry. Having worked as a crew member, crew lead, sales representative, and warranty specialist, he understands every step of the process—from installation to long-term customer satisfaction. Now, as Director of Procurement, he ensures that the right materials and solutions are in place to deliver top-quality results.

Efficiency is key for Chandler, both for the customer and the company. He believes every job should not only be done right but should also look its absolute best when finished. Protecting homes from water damage and settling is more than just a job to him—it’s about giving homeowners a secure, lasting foundation for the best possible living environment.

Chandler enjoys the challenge of problem-solving, using detective work to uncover the root causes of foundation issues and find the best solutions. Outside of work, Chandler enjoys off-roading in side-by-sides, spending time outdoors camping and hunting, and connecting with new people.
