Jim Briley

Jim Briley is the heart of Crawlspaces and More, and his values form the foundation of the company. Growing up in the construction industry, he became a master electrician at just 19 years old, making him the youngest in the state of Florida at the time. At 24, he moved to Georgia and began remodeling work, where he saw firsthand the common mistakes builders make.

With a passion for innovation and cutting-edge technology, Jim started a spray foam business, which ultimately led him to found Crawlspaces and More in 2007. He particularly enjoys the challenges of crawlspace and foundation work, where every job requires strong investigative skills to identify the source of a problem and develop the best solution for the homeowner at the best price.

Jim believes in transparency and education—he wants customers to understand the process so they feel confident rather than fearful of their crawlspace. His team constantly works together to refine their systems and provide the highest quality solutions. He also instills key values in his employees, emphasizing cleanliness on the job site, efficiency, and never cutting corners.

Beyond business, Jim feels he has been given a God-given opportunity to mentor young men, helping them develop a strong work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and a commitment to doing good work for good pay. He hopes to shape the next generation of leaders, both in the industry and in their homes.

A true family man, Jim has been married for 35 years and is a proud father of six children. He loves spending time with his family, has traveled extensively, and enjoys outdoor adventures whenever he can.
