With a decade of experience in the foundation repair and waterproofing industry, Jordan Gast brings extensive expertise in structural framing, foundation repairs, and waterproofing. Having spent a year on an installation crew and another working under a structural engineer, he has a deep understanding of building specifications and codes. Now, as Director of Sales, he leads the consulting team with a focus on honesty, expertise, and customized solutions.
Jordan holds certifications in Radon and Mold, as well as a Specialty Trade License (GA 23116420). He also earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and has spent the past eight years living in and renovating a home built in 1890—giving him firsthand experience with the challenges of older structures.
For Jordan, ethics are the foundation of his work. He believes in providing real, long-lasting solutions rather than selling unnecessary repairs. “We are contractors, not salesmen,” he says. “If there’s a sensible solution we can’t provide, we’ll tell you instead of selling you work you don’t need.” His team is committed to thorough inspections and custom-designed projects that fit each home’s unique needs—especially in Atlanta, where many older homes require specialized attention.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys supercharged cars, playing guitar, home renovations, and rescuing animals. He also loves picnics with his wife and is currently working toward his private pilot’s license. As a side hustle, he provides consulting for small businesses, combining his industry knowledge with a passion for helping others succeed.
